Sinopse:

A série acompanha estudantes de elite do Manchester College, onde os implacáveis meios-irmãos Caroline e Lucien farão de tudo para manter seu cruel status social. Welcome to Manchester college. Caroline enlists Luciens help to recruit the Vice Presidents daughter Annie Grover to join Delta Phi. Cece persuades Professor Chadwick to give her a coveted TA position.
